Green Haven Estates Homeowners Association Mandate
The Green Haven Estates Homeowners Association (GHEHOA) exists to preserve and enhance the quality, appearance, and value of our community for all residents. This mandate outlines the core responsibilities and guiding principles of the Association:
1. Landscaping and Community Beautification
The Association is responsible for maintaining all common areas, including but not limited to:
Community green spaces, entranceways, and shared pathways
Seasonal planting and lawn care.
Ensuring that landscaping reflects the high standards and cohesive aesthetics of Green Haven Estates
The goal is to promote a visually pleasing and well-maintained environment that reflects pride in the community and supports property values.
2. Architectural Controls and Compliance
The Association enforces architectural guidelines as defined in the community’s governing documents, including:
Reviewing and approving modifications, renovations, or new construction on residential properties
Ensuring all exterior changes (e.g., fencing, driveways, additions, paint colors, roofing materials) comply with established design standards
Preserving architectural harmony, consistency, and integrity throughout the neighborhood
Homeowners are expected to submit plans for review before making exterior alterations, ensuring alignment with the community’s architectural vision.
3. Governance and Community Stewardship
The Association will act in the collective interest of homeowners, maintaining transparency and consistency in decision-making
Regular communication will be provided regarding community updates, financial matters, and enforcement of policies
The HOA will enforce rules and regulations as outlined in the bylaws and CC&Rs to maintain the character and quality of life in Green Haven Estates
